At VLONE, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the exclusivity and integrity of our limited-release collections. Please review our guidelines below to initiate a return for store credit or an exchange on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals still attached. Sale items and limited drops are considered final sale.
Initiate Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email. Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your exchange will be dispatched or a store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
